1991: A Problem in Saigon? A Dutch guy in Cambodia told us we could get a draw on our credit card when we got to Vietnam. He was right unless you were American. We finally figured it out in the Rex Hotel. Do the Trading With The Enemies Act our Credit Card was useless. We were broke! So, I sold one of my camera lenses and we lived off it for a week. Problem Solved!
